Ate at the cafe this morning. Ordered scrambled eggs and coffee. Service was excellent, the premises was very clean and tidy and the food was exceptional with a reasonable cost. If you like your scrambled eggs creamy and not dry, then this is the place to go! Will definately come back.

Wasn't expecting to much from a little eatery in the town centre but I was pleasantly surprised, a lot of nice little touches to your typical cafe dishes to make them Thier own. Coffee was really good better than most I have had in Rotorua. The cabinet good was well displayed and all of it looked pretty tasty, quite a few vegetarian options.The staff were nice and friendly.......I am definitely coming back. Keep up the good work

Posting this on the here and now, which is not usually the norm for me. If you are in Rotorua and wanting a breakfast or lunch. INTERVAL is your place, food is amazing I had the big breakfast. The caramelized onions divine and great delivery/presentation of them and the mash instead of a deep fried hash browns is a smash. Also had the toasted tortilla and was just as amazing. Again well presented and taste.Coffee and food was nice and hot.Great job INTERVAL

Bought latte which was superb. Also got all the works breakfast, which was cooked to excellent standard. Poached eggs were spot on and nice crispy bacon. A hash brown would have been perfect with it, but no complaints.Partner got pancakes and orange juice. Will be coming back if I'm around Rotorua again just for the coffee alone

Stopped for lunch before my drive home. I wanted something with fresh salad. I had the hawker role filled with grilled chicken and coleslaw topped with a small amount mayonnaise and a sweet chilli vinaigrette. Served cold. Very tasty hit the spot reminded me of a Vietnamese salad served in a roti. I had oat flat white. Made well and hot which is often hard to com by. Staff friendly and place is clean. Music in the background so does not take over cost

Easy to walk past and miss this hidden wee gem on Hinemoa St but don’t be fooled by the simple aesthetic, this is worth the stop! Twice visited for lunch with different people, both times the food has been incredible and the coffee first rate. Friendly, warm service from the small team here who know everything about their menu - a rare find these days!10/10 highly recommend for lunch or a coffee and snack (tasty looking cabinet of treats yet to be tried.)
